Looking after viewings

All viewings scheduled will be carried out through our office and any applicant will be subject to a full reference check.

Looking after the paperwork

Once a tenant has been accepted for the property we will collect a security deposit, lodge and register with TDS NI, collect first months' rent, draw up all necessary paperwork and a tenancy agreement for all parties to sign.

Looking after your interests

A full and thorough inventory will be taken prior to any tenant moving into the property, with descriptive notes, photos and videos where necessary.
