I acknowledge and agree that the Landlord or their representatives may consult with guarantors, references, and employers as part of this application process. I understand that the Landlord or their representatives may seek a bank or employer reference and may retain a record of such references.

I accept that the results of these checks will be passed to the Landlord. If my application is refused for any reason, no explanation will be provided. I also understand that any administration charges levied are strictly non-refundable, even if I do not proceed with the tenancy.
